What will be the cost of a SEEC?

SEECs will be 0.035 ETH for those who were awarded a whitelist while for those who failed to be awarded a whitelist the cost will be 0.05 ETH per SEEC.

There will be a maximum of 5 transactions per wallet during the collection whitelist release and 10 during the public sale.
